Lampascioni are among the oldest vegetables in Puglia. Also known as muscari, they are bulbs and belong to the garlic family. The traditional recipe calls for them to be preserved in extra virgin olive oil, and we respect this ancient custom. We recommend them in combination with typical dishes, such as broad beans and chicory, on bruschetta or even to accompany meat dishes.
